Rogue Amoeba had a great little app called Detour that let me control on an app-by-app basis what volume the sound should be and which ouput device to use for sound. So, I could turn my iCal alarms up to max volume and route my iTunes music through my iMic to my stereo (while having iChat sounds routed through the internal speakers.)
However, they announced late last year that they were no longer supporting it and since it was a preference pane, it no longer works on my Intel Mac.
Does anyone have a recommendation for an appl that performs a similar function?
Are there any developers out there that might be interested in creating such an app?
