Hi all,

Recent (December 2004) convert to Mac and using Outlook 2004 with the latest updates, connected to my Exchange server. I searched the forums and I cant seem to find a clear answer:

Does Outlook 2004 (release 11.2.1) support the syncing of Notes and Tasks? I can see them in OWA, but Outlook doesnt pull them down.

Am I out of luck until the next patch or major release of Office 2006?

What can I do in the interimn, to sync my notes and tasks from Exchange besides use the dreaded OWA?

Thanks for your help.

I assume you are really meaning Entourage 2004, correct? Any any rate, the syncing of Notes/Tasks are not supported. You will have to use OWA.

I have never tried this, but doesn't iCal support some rudimentary form of syncing with an Exchange server?
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Supposedly, as well as Address Book through LDAP; however, I have never gotten either to work successfully.

Address book will work if you point it to the domain controler. You might need to authenticate to get the information. I've never tried iCal.
