I have done some searching through the archives on this topic but was unable to find exactly what I am looking for:

How can I transfer the playlists that I have created on one computer to another computer w/o actually creating all new ones and drag/dropping each song? Is it possible? If so, how can it be done???

You mean like an M3U file? It doesn't store the songs, but it stores the relative pathnames. I know there are some AppleScripts that will let you export iTunes playlists as M3U files. I don't know them specifically, but I'm sure if you google iTunes and m3u you'll find one.
