Hey:

I've got an iBook G4 800 running the latest Tiger.

The laptop shipped with Panther, which included iPhoto and iMovie (v 2 or something).

How can I re-install them from the Panther discs? Is there any way of extracting the individual installers from the restore discs?

I don't really care that they're old. I just want to do something simple and don't want to pay the upgrade fee.

They should be on the second DVD but they're invisible: /Volumes/<whateverthenameoftheseconddvdis>/Packages

Thanks. Worked with the help of Pacifist.

Turns out I was looking at the software restore discs rather than the OSX install discs. That's why I couldn't find it.
