I'm not asking how to see duplicates-I have that one figured out!

To make it short, I have a LOT of music and I copied it all to a networked drive so I could share it with other computers. So far so good; it's there and visible. But some things have turned up weird.

I'm looking for information on why I should now see several copies of some songs (mostly purchased from iTMS), and if there's any way through iTunes to see more detail than the default setup shows-as in showing something beyond the column options.
