Well, it's done, but this is prolly not the most efficient way to go about it. For anyone with a similar need, I did the following:
Open the custom AW User dictionary in Text Edit. It's located in Applications > AppleWorks 6 > Apple Works Essentials > Dictionaries;
Do a Find and Replace of the "#0" with a blank space. Then do a Find and Replace "#" with a blank space;
Select all and then copy & paste all the words into Pages;
Run spell check in Pages and be prepared to hit "learn, learn, learn..." a whole bunch of times.
FWIW, my Pages Dictionary did NOT fill up, whereas I had already hit my limit with AppleWorks.
