As I was resetting my message style in Adium, I changed it to Pushpin. It wouldn't load, though, and I had to force quit the application. When I started it back up, my message style was set on Pushpin, but I can't change it because it freezes every time I try. It also freezes any time I open a new chat window, making Adium useless to me.

Is there a way to delete Pushpin, or force Adium to no longer recognize that I have that preference set? I've tried showing the package contents and opening the message style preferences, but there are only five styles in there, when I really have about 15. I've also tried downloading the newest version of Adium, but it didn't help.

Go to this folder:
~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Message Styles/
And delete the pushpin style.

The older version of Pushpin is known to cause issues. Check in ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Message Styles/ to remove the offending version. You can download the updated non-broken one from http://www.adiumxtras.com
