I want to have my powerbook sleep automatically after finishing a specific action (downloading a torrent, backing up, etc). There are sooooooo many little timer apps out there, and I've only found one (Pause) that lets you add your own actions, but unfortunately, it has not documentation for doing this.

Can Applescript or Automator do this? Is this a pipe dream without programming skills of my own?

I'm running Tiger, fully updated.
