Hey everyone. I understand that iPhoto is the standard image software for mac's. Does it have a feature that searches and collects all of the jpegs that are available on the hard drive?

If not, is there a program out there that does this? Similar to Google's Picasa Image viewing program?

Add the entire disk to your iPhoto library?

You can display all images by typing kind:images into Spotlight.
