Hello everyone. I am new to this forum, having come back to the Mac after a decade in Windows hell. First Mac was an original LC.
Question: What is the best ISP for the Mac, OSX, 10.4.2, iBook G4? CompuServe wants nothing to do with it..they have ignored all our requests for help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where do you live? Surely there must be a dozen options for dial-up Internet and a few for broadband. Broadband is definitely worth having if available.

Zoomer,

Piece of advice... if your thread is locked by an Admin...take the hint. Don't go posting the exact same thread in the Application forum. You've now cross-posted in two forums. Read the forum guidelines FIRST about what is, and is not, acceptable for each forum. That will guide you on where your posts should go.

For future reference, this sort of post belongs in the Networking or Lounge forums.

IBL.

Later - FWIW, I know friends who have used http://www.macconnect.com/ for ages and like it. Otherwise, Comcast speaks OS X if you catch the right CS rep. Luck.
