Not sure of the program, but have you done a quick search at MacUpdate.com? Even if it returns 100 results, you can quickly browse through the list and maybe the name will come to you.

Try monolingual for removing different languages. As for printers, I deleted the drivers manually, by going Macintosh HD > Library > Printers and just dragging all the folders but the HP folder into the trash, and saved about 2 gigs

An excellent suggestion. I never thought of this and wish that I had heard someone say it a few months ago. Would have saved me a huge amount of hassle. I assume that you could just burn the folders to a DVD, or archive them some way or another, so you'd have the one(s) you'd need if you got a printer later, correct?

The problem with that would be that you are archiving what may be outdated printer drivers for future use. I would just download the new ones from the manufacturer's site.

If you don't use Garageband you can save 5 GB by deleting those files. Also, if you've got an iPod, you can manage if manually--keep only your most precious music on the Mac (and archive the rest to DVD) then delete the rest knowing that you'll be able to play off the ipod.

There is also a utility that will allow you to install GarageBand on an external drive (for version 2 users - iLife '05), and the latest version (in iLife '06) allows you to install all the GarageBand files on an external drive when you run the installer app.
