#1- I used to import photos and it would ask me to delete duplicates or not- I always said delete- so at some point, I unchecked"Always ask". Now, it always imports the same pics that are already in the library. How can I get it back to either asking or not importing dupes?

I lost my Safari Back button- no, it doesn't show up in the menu allowing you to turn it on or off. How do i get it back?
