I tried fugu and others , I turned on ssh remote sharing in both computers,, and inputed the words

name @###.###.###.##

no dice ... I want to browse and copy like an ftp broswer..

Dunno about fugu, but transmit is really simple to use. Have you tried it? Just make sure you change the protocol to SFTP

I remember using Cyberduck, and it worked quite well in the past. It's freeware so you've got nothing to lose if you haven't tried it yet
