How can I import my old Address Book? I want to import all of the old addresses from Mail on the laptop to Mail on the external HD. Laptop is running 10.4.5, external HD is running 10.4.6. Thanks.

Just copy the ~/Library/Application Supoort/AdressBook folder from the laptop to the desktop. Or you could just take the AddressBook.data file.

Alternatively, use File>Backup Address Book... and import the backup into the other version.
