When I go to my internet banking site Camino automatically loads my bank account and password number, I want to stop this but simply deleting it doesn't work. Do I need to do something with my keychain?

Yes, delete the corresponding entry from your keychain. The next time you fill it in, leave the "add to keychain" (or similar wording--I forget exactly what it's called) box unchecked in Camino.
