Finally tried working with my miniDV cuts through iDVD using onestep to just to try to get a feel for things first w/o even trying to edit. However, there were times when my videocamera and iDVD would lose connection and i'd have start over and over again - without it even going to the stage where it's burning a DVD.
Now i get the message: "There is no more space available on the system volume. Capturing aborted."
Yes, there's hardly any disk space left on my HD. Thought they'd be in some cache/temp folder - but where do I locate these files so I can delete them? I've also tried to look for them everywhere. Do these temp video files actually get stored somewhere even if they're just supposed to be burned directly onto DVD and just being run thru the computer?
Sorry if somewhere my answer lies in the hidden depths of other forums (fori?) but i haven't found them.
