Please help, getting desperate....!

I am trying to print a leaflet that has a background image the size of the paper. I have made it in word and convert it to PDF to send to the printers. However there appears a white margin around it in the PDF. I have done this before with A4 leaflets and there is no problem. This time it is A5 and I don't know if that is causing the problem. I don't see why it would.

Any way to get rid/stop white borders???

How are you making the PDF?

I'm guessing you are making the PDF by the print to PDF option. If so, make sure you select borderless paper in the Page Setup dialog.
