Quark v6.5: Font Reserve fonts not previewing

Quark v6.5 is not previewing fonts correctly. The font is "Futura Bold" (plain no style) and it is activated and open in Font Reserve.

If I save an .eps file then open this new .eps file in Adobe Illustrator the same font previews correctly, so I'm thinking it's not a font issue.

Any ideas?
