address book and how to mass change the number for skype?

	hello! all my numbers in my phone book are (area code) 555 5555. i started using skype and skype won't let me import/dial numbers written as they are in my apple address book. the numbers all need to start either with "001" or "+." is there anyway, i can mass edit the numbers in my address book to add +1 infront of them, etc.? thank you for your help in advance and have a great week!
