I need to do a Keynote presentation at school tomarrow. I need to know how you can have one iTunes track playing during a presentation with Keynote. I have tried adding the song ( "Stars" by Switchfoot) to every slide, but it just starts the song over each time I change the slide. I am using Keynote 2 ( as included in iWork '05). Thanks in advanced for your help.

I am fairly sure Keynote 2 doesn't have the ability to have slide-spanning background music.

Even so, why torture your audience with background music? It'll just distract from the speaker: you. You should be the star of your presentation, not the slideshow. The slides should simply support you. Any time the presentation tools take attention away from the speaker, they have failed.

Keynote 3 will do this but version 2 will not. There is no way I know of to work around this I'm afraid.

I have to agree that for a presentation you don't really want background noise taking your audience's attention. This feature might be useful if you are using Keynote to run a kiosk type interactive presentation but I wouldn't use music if I was you.
