I dont know whats hapening but everytime I download a .sit file and I expanded it or unstuff it (whatever) it seems incomplete, sometime it's nothing inside the folder and sometimes it's just one thing... why is this and how I can fix that problem?

It's a known bug in Stuffit Expander, been discussed many times before in there forums. A solution is to have it always "Create surrounding folder" when expanding, OR, to turn off "Show Item Info" for the Desktop or whatever folder your Stuffit archive is in.
