I've realised that emails from Gmail, with attachments that are more than a few megabytes, never load in Mail. All I need is one such email, and all preceeding emails will also not be recieved. Anyone know how to solve this problem. I'd rather access gmail via Mail.app than load it in my browser. Please help!!!

Well, I am drunk, so I don't care what people think!

When I was having issues with large files it was related to the router I was using, more specifically the settings of the router. I was connecting wirelessly and I could not post long messages on forums (do I hear a sigh of relief?).

To fix it I had to change the MTU settings so I could SPAM to my hearts content.
