Omfg, this freakin' program has ruined my life! I don't know how some individuals are able to recommend this backup program when it is SO flawed. It crashes and stalls.

Right before I formatted, I used it to backup my booksmarks, documents, and photos. The image came out. And now when I tried to restore it, it saids it won't work.

Omg, losing my bookmarks is one thing I can rebuild, but my fcukin' pictures & documents! I'm freakin' furious right now! &^$*$%^&*#%&*^%#$^&*

In some ways I am mad at myself for not making double copies of everything. ugh. All my years of academic work is now gone and memories only reside w/o pictures.

I hate this program w/ a passion now, wat a complete POS!

Man, that's bad.

I look at back up programs here and there to see if there is anything that is better, but until a back app has proven it self, I keep running back ups with the tried and true software until I am confident that the newer app works as advertised.

Obviously, this doesn't help you know. Have you contacted the guys that made it? Perhaps they can get you back.
