I am on a Macbook and I tried talking to my g/f on skype. I can hear her fine and it sounds great but she hears an echo, I am thinking obviously that the mic is picking up her voice from the speakers, has anyone been able to find some settings which work which get rid of this?

The easiest work around I've found and used is to use some headphones.

I'm not aware of any settings within Skype that would fix the echo (noise cancellation).
I gotta have more cowbell.

The only way to get around is to use an external mic. That'st he downside of internal mics. Why not flex that new Bluetooth option with a new BT headset?
