Programs for slowing down both audio and video?

On an Intel Macbook. VLC player will slow video but then I lose the audio.

Also what program will slow down mp3s and keep the pitch? Similar to Winamp's slowdowner for PC.

QT7 introduced pitch-corrected audio scaling. Hit cmd-K in QT player and drag the playback speed to the left

It does both. Video's easy to scale so just about every app does it. The hard part is keeping the audio in sync without ruining the pitch.
