Excel keeps truncating numbers. I want 1.30 but it changes it to 1.3. I can't just change it because the cell is the result of calculation from other cells.
Is there a way to pad it 2 numbers to the right of the decimal? I tried using the Styles in the Format menu, but it changes all the cells. I just want that one cell padded 2 spots so "1.3" shows up as "1.30"

Click on the cell, Format->Cell, choose number and it will default to 2 digits.

Or you can simply click the decimal place buttons to increase or decrease in the number section of the formatting palette

You should take Kenneth Lay's new course, "How to pad Excel numbers."
Oh, sorry. Not what you meant.

Try setting the custom formatting to "0.#0" (no quotes of course). That will display the trailing 0 for you.

I didn't notice the Decimal button. That seems to be working. As for changing the Format, it changes all the cells when I do that, not just that one.
Maybe it's a bug or something in Excel 2003.
