I recently had to buy a new iBook (G4, OS 10.4.6) and I tried to install Indesign 2.0 on it (in the Administrator account). After I click on Install, it begins to install but around 1750 items left, I get the message "You do not have enough access privileges for this installation." I used Disk Utility to repair permissions, but still no success. I have had no problems installing other programs recently. Any suggestions?

Try using the command line, or the freeware utility "Pseudo" to run the installer as root.

I tried Pseudo, and it worked. Thanks a lot!
