With Painter 9.5--as opposed to 9.0 and 9.1--when I try to open a file, new or old, the document opens at 66.58%. I then have to select the grabber or magnifier tool; choose "Actual Pixels"; and then use the button to expand the document to its full size. If there is some way of getting around the problem, I haven't found it and would appreciate any help.
