CD doesn't show up in iTunes (CDDB)

Apparently, because iTunes can't connect to gracenote at work, it completely freaks out and doesn't mount the CD without any tags. Any thoughts?

It doesn't show up in iTunes at all, but it does show up on the desktop?

Yup. I've been copying the CD to a folder and importing songs that way.

Maybe there are some sort of network settings at your work that block access to Gracenote?

I guess that's probably not the mystery though. I don't know why the CD wouldn't show up in iTunes.

I can't always connect to gracenote but even if the connection failes the cd still appears in the library but the song titles on the cd are missing.
