Unfortunately, no.
Back in the days of the 3dfx Voodoo2, VPC 3.0 actually had special Glide drivers that could pass the games' calls to the video card to your real 3dfx card if you had one. I remember using it to play a demo of Final Fantasy VIII on my then-high-end G3/233 desktop.
However, keep in mind that the PC was emulated, not virtualized. Although the accelerator did indeed make each frame look pretty, it couldn't actually speed anything up because the emulated CPU was too slow to keep up with it.
