What is the best Usenet Newsreader for binaries?

Hello all,

What is the best Usenet Newsreader for the binaries groups? I used to use Thoth, but I see that development of that app stopped a few years ago. Is there something else that has stepped up to take it's place, or is the old version I have still the best thing to use?

Many people recommend Unison, though it is not free.
