I've installed Windows Media player 9 on a tiger OS X operating sytem. The window media player itself works by playing streamed radio online but the web browsers does not detect that I have window player media player installed which I can't watched any embeded video or clip within the web browser. It comes up with a pop up window saying to install this plugin everytime when I already have.

Any ideas or solutions to this problem?
If you've got a PowerPC Mac download the flip4mac WMV plugin for QuickTime. If you've got an Intel Mac, wait for the Universal binary of the plugin to be released. There was a limited Beta released the other day, it's gone now but someone may have a link.
I've got an Intel Mac so I guess I have to wait then. If anyone find a release for for the Universal binary of the plugin or anyone who may have a link for the beta let me know.
