I created an iDVD project using some .dv footage, created the menus, then let it convert (who said CoreDuos were fast? is this a universal App? It takes forever!) However, upon burn I get an odd #ed but no explanation error (the number I don't exactly recall.) The worst part is the app hangs, I have to force quit it and upon restart it doesn't recognize the old project and overwrites the files therein, a.k.a. starts from scratch, right down to re-creating the menus and converting the video.
Searching for clues I found the recommendation that I save the disc as an image first, then burn it later. This, too, borked. Same result.
So, I open up the contents of the iDVD project and check out the MPEG and audio files and they work just fine. My guess is it's crashing at the multiplex stage.
Anyone else having this issue? Is it cause of the newest 7.1.2 QuickTime maybe? (I've also tried re-installing that to no avail)
