Yet another App that doesn't work like it used to in Tiger.

Previously, when I inserted a compact flash from the digital camera I was using, the computer would mount it, followed by Image Capture launching itself, and downloading the new photos. I'd then have to quit Image Capture myself.

Under Tiger nothing happens, I have to launch Image Capture myself and manually download them, even though I have the automatically d/l box clicked.

Thoughts?

I have a similar issue with a Casio digicam, iPhoto does not any longer download the photos automatically, I have to get them from the Finder. To make things worse, when I try to unmount the digicam drive it is not possible until I kill the 'Mass Storage' process (via Activity Monitor), BTW such 'Mass Storage' process goes nuts eating all the CPU power.

That's unfortunate.
