I spent a while on the phone with a tech support guy from my local ISP and broadband provider. For some reason, on one of my mail accounts, people who try to send me mail get a response that the message is not deliverable to my address. I can send out mail just fine. It's only incoming mail I have a problem with.

The support guy and I walked through all the preference settings and still weren't able to solve the problem. He then went on to rag on my Mac and said it could be a virus or spyware or problems with Mac compatability.

I knew it couldn't be a virus, but is it Spyware (or the mac equivelent?) I have a feeling the guy was just out of ideas. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks.

It's not spyware and if the mail is bouncing to the sender as undeliverable, it won't matter what platform you're using.

Exactly. This has nothing to do with your computer, it's a problem with your ISP. Or else you've been giving people the wrong email address.

Is your mailbox (online, not in your e-mail program) full?
