i wanted to download the itunes top albums and top songs calendar but whenever i click the link on apple.com it says the calendar is invalid when it is downloading in ical. if this is a general problem, is there another place i can download it?

The calendar link on apple's site is probably invalid. You'll probably have to send apple a note about so they can either fix it or remove it.
