2 Dual 2.0 G5's 1.5GB 10.4.7, illy cs2,

I have a file that when saved immediately crashes illy cs2. I tried deconstructing it but some how most elements when saved by themselves on new file also crash illy. Here is the erorr in Console that appears over and over:

CGFontKey.c:227: failed assertion `id[k].qx <= kCGFontSharedCacheKeyMaxQ'
CGFontKey.c:230: failed assertion `id[k].qy <= kCGFontSharedCacheKeyMaxQ'
Adobe LM Service: Started
AdobeLM Service

I turned off all font management, removed caches, cleared font caches, ran fsck which fixed minor Illegal names, same issue on another G5.

Any help with the meaning of this error log would be much appreciated as i found nothing on google about error.

Thanks
J

Thanks for the reply. Its possible its a corrupt font but both machines would have to have the same corrupt font. I also tried opening on a pc and saving it ... the pc version didnt crash but the file that was saved was corrupt and missing lots of data.
