I just downloaded an ebook from ebooks.com and tried to read it on freshly downloaded Acrobat Reader 7.0.8

Apparently, there is an option to reactivate (???) the DRM for licenced ebooks so I press the button. Then it sends me to Adobe DRM Activation page and then... well... nothing. To be more precise, Acrobat Reader 7 crashs and it reboots. It asks me if I want to reactivate the ID so I press again the button and it crashes again while Safari is sending me to another Adobe Activation page. Then Acrobat reopens automatically and shows that damn button again. And so on and so on...

I managed to get it open correctly on Acrobat 6 but apparently there are some font compatibility issues ("f"s are not shown so 'influence" is shown as "inuence"). I'm either trying to solve this problem on 6 or get the 7.0.8 version identification issue solved. Did anyone have the same issue? Please help!

Sorry. Forgot a detail. It won't open on Preview. Well... actually, it does open with blank pages
