I just noticed today on www.digg.com that the Flip4Mac universal binary was released.... I dont know how long it has been out so if this is old news just delete this post but if not, go and download it!
I downloaded it and now videos on www.cnn.com play fine in Safari.
The universal release just came out. However, a beta universal version has been out for quite some time.
despite that, i don't think people knew where to find that. i wanted to get the beta since iw as desperate, but i didn't know how ot find that, so to many people like me, this is news.
The beta was a limited release for some reason, they had the download available for a while then took it down. I managed to get the beta from a torrent but the official release is good news to all those with intel macs.
