My HD it's getting full with pics, and I also have an internal empty drive, How do I tell iPhoto to store Photos on another folder and not the one inside my Home Folder?

Move the existing folders to the new drive. When you startup iPhoto, it will ask where the library is, and select the library on the new drive. That should be it.

I do not believe there is a way for the library to "straddle" two different directories.
