I am having trouble figuring this out. I have a bunch of these: xxxx.part01.rar, xxxx.part02.rar, etc that I want to pull together. I tried it with Split and Concat but it didn't seem to give me what I wanted. I dragged and dropped the files on S&C but only got 10 files upon completion and there were 30 going in. I guess I don't understand how to run the program. Is there anyone with some knowledge of this app that could lend a hand? Thanks in advance.

If the filenames are indeed in that order, you probably need to unrar them before trying to concatenate the parts.

Unraring should concatenate the parts automatically.
