Hi All..

I'm having some problems with my quicktime player..

I have been downlaoding films but some of them have not been fully working.. The sound on the films have not been working.. The sound control slide bar has a white back instead of the normal grey, sound is non existant, but, the film still plays absolutely fine..

SPEC:

MAC OS/X v 10.4.4

QUICKTIME v 7.1.2

Films not woking;
-Trainspotting (DVDrip DivX).avi
-Kids .avi

When i first tried to play 'Kids' Quicktime had a pop-up appear saying that i didn't have all the right software.. I tried downloading the updates but they havn't made a difference As i said a box came up saying i didn't have all the correct software to play the film properly, and me being stupid, i clicked the 'Do not show this message again' tickbox!! (Not that the diag box told me the specific software i needed anyhow)

Anyway, hope someone out there knows what i should do!!

Really look forward to your replies

TIA all...

We have an Applications forum for questions about applications. The Lounge is for less formal questions (discussions, arguements, etc.).

Moving to Applications....
