Transfer Playlists and Photobooks from Old Computer

	I purcashed a new mac and i want to transfer all my music and pictures to the new mac. (uncluding playlists and photobooks i've created in iPhoto and iTunes) I don't want to to the 'Target Disk Mode' where EVERYTHING gets copied. I really only want the the playlists and the photobooks listed above. where are they kept on the computer...and how can i do this?
