I tried to paste more than one image into a blank image created with Gimp, and it would not let me paste the second image. Why? I wanted to create a collage of two images stuck together, but Gimp just puts a rotating dotted line around the first pasted image and will not allow any more pasting. Is there any way to paste more than one image into a frame with Gimp?

I would guess that you would have to deselect the first image before trying to paste the second one.

Are you using Gimp or GimpShop?

I am using Gimp I would have been using GraphicConverter, but anything being pasted and positioned is transparent, which I do not find helpful when I want to match things inside both images.
