When I double click on a photo in iphoto, photoshop cs opens but not the photo, the same thing happens when I right click and choose edit in external programme. Does anybody know why. Also if i open a photo in PS and edit/save it, the original changes in the finder iphoto folder but not in iphoto itself.

The same thing happened to me. I found the solution somewhere else. It is because I installed Tiger after photoshop cs and some files were not copied. Anyway, here is the link...
read all the way down to the bottom for andysmith's fix it package!!! I installed, rebooted and viola! Woohoo andysmith!!!!
