On my macbook if I am playing an internet radio stream and I bring dashboard forward the radio station STOPS after a few seconds, remains off until I hide dashboard.

Anyone else on an Intel mac have the same problem?

do you have a bunch of internet-dependent widgets? OR does it happen even when there are no widgets open?

I have a few net dependant apps but I have a fast connection and there is no way it is saturating it.

Also, the same problem does not happen on my PPC Mac on the same connection.

Do you have any widgets that might be using the same protocol (like, streaming radio widgets or something)? That could be blocking it.

just to exhaust the first idea . . . try closing all the widgets and seeing if the problem persists - just trying to see if it is Dashboard in general or a widget that is causing the behavior.

That was a good idea thanks.

I found out the problem it is the AirTrafficControl widget.
