Hey there, I just registered on these forums today, though I've been lurking around for a while...

Anyway, does anyone happen to know of a good IDE that I can use for developing console C++ applications? I could always use some sort of console text editor (vi? nano?), though it'd be better if I could use a graphical interface instead.

I don't have a Mac in my hands YET, though I will be getting it hopefully tomorrow morning.

Macs come with a set of developer tools including an IDE called Xcode. I'd try that out.

And if you don't have the system discs or whatever, it can be downloaded from Apple Developer Connection
