I have a new MacPro 10.4.7

I just did a security update ( forgot to record its number) and QT 7.1.2 no longer works

it opens and says I need a component then checks on the web

it worked before the security update

any ideas?

thanks

Find out what component it is (open the movie anyway and look in the info window under format)

Unc! your back! to a tread of mine!

for the format it only said " ?, ...."

as it turns out I did more fiddling and downloaded the DivX install intel package again and then rebooted and that soved the trouble

apparently the first Divx install didn't quite work out

now I can get the Pro so I can completely use QT7

very irritated that I have to buy it a second time haveing QT6 pro but give up

St***ve need the money I guess

the MPro is a very amazing computer I went from the G4dual to this

have to change my sig soon

awaiting the Miglia HDTV usb item

I'm glad you got your problem fixed. I don't reallly understand what caused it, maybe just a fluke.

Why did you have to buy QTPro in the first place?
