How to import courier emails by host, into Mail?

	My host provider backed up my emails, but they look gibberish to me and I have no idea how I would import this into mail.app ..... The file name looks like this: 1150092033.M355911P31861V000000000000000BI025F2DB0 _118.spunkiemail-a1,S=15730/2,S is there any way I can import this into mail? it's courier/maildir format. any help would be greatly appreciated! I have all of these files and have on idea what to do with it
