Does anyone know of a program that will output to a text file the contents of a folder? I have a 20 gigabyte directory and I need to document everyone of its contents - files and folders included. I know this is possible in Windows, any hope for OS X?

Thanks guys, and gals.

Terminal
ls -R folder > ~/Desktop/foldercontents.txt

Will do that and create a text file on the desktop with contents
